Remember to use your benefits
The Federal Emergency Broadband Benefit
(EBB) program, that was funding your FREE
service on Straight Talk will be ending on
February 28th and will be replaced with the
Federal Affordable Connectivity Program
(ACP)
which will reduce the monthly ”discount”
(subsidy) to $30.

Because you are a valued Straight Talk
customer, we will gladly cover the cost of
providing you with the same great benefits
that you are currently receiving with
the EBB
through the Affordable Connectivity
Program on Straight Talk.
YOUR ENHANCED ACP BENEFITS SUMMARY:
These Enhanced ACP Benefits are non-transferable
and will not be available to new customers. The
Enhanced ACP Benefits will be available to you until
further notice if you remain eligible for the ACP and
continue using our service. Unfortunately, Federal law
requires that we disconnect any customer who does
not use their service.
HOW TO MAINTAIN YOUR FREE
ENHANCED ACP BENEFITS
To keep these Enhanced ACP Benefits with
Straight Talk
the Federal Government
requires that:
ACP BENEFITS
You may cancel your service, opt-out of the Affordable Connectivity Program, or switch providers at any time. However, doing so will result in de-enrollment from the ACP through Straight Talk, the loss of your Enhanced ACP Benefits, and you will be responsible for paying the undiscounted rates for your cellular service.
Once de-enrolled, if you want to rejoin the ACP program, the Federal Government requires you to reapply. At that point, if accepted back into the ACP, you will receive the standard ACP benefits and not the Enhanced
ACP Benefits
